You'll be the first point of contact for prospects interested in our proprietary timeshare cancellation services. What You'll Be Doing: * Managing inbound and outbound call flow through a dialer system * Pre-qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for our high-performing closing team * Handling multiple platforms and CRM system with precision * Actively listening to understand client's needs and guiding them effectively * Staying organized , focused , and detail-oriented in a high-volume environment What We 're Looking For: * Inside sales/call center experience is REQUIRED * Absolutely 100% bilingual in Spanish and English.
