Job Summary: The Director of Sales Engineering will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales engineering team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success. This role will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Lead and manage sales engineering team to achieve revenue growth targets. * Develop and implement technical sales strategies. * Provide technical expertise and guidance to the sales team. * Ability to stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. * Ability to mentor and develop team members. Supervisory Responsibilities: Sales Engineers Experience, Skills & Abilities: * 10+ years of experience in sales engineering or related field. * Strong technical background. * Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Experience in managing a sales engineering team. * Experience with CRM and sales automation tools. * Ability to work in a fast-paces and dynamic environment. * Ability to travel as needed. Education / Training: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
