We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in South Louisiana, specializing in selling ATVs, SXSs, and motorcycles. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our dealership, responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to their ideal recreational vehicle. Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage customers, providing a welcoming and informative experience. Build strong relationships with customers to identify their recreational vehicle needs and preferences. Showcase and explain the features, benefits, and performance of ATVs, SXSs, and motorcycles. Provide product demonstrations and answer customer questions with in-depth knowledge. Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest models and features. Negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Work with the dealership team to achieve monthly sales goals and objectives. Maintain the showroom, ensuring vehicles are clean, organized, and ready for presentation. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven sales experience (experience in vehicle, recreational equipment, or powersports sales preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive customer relationships. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Knowledge of ATVs, SXSs, motorcycles, or a passion for the outdoors and recreational vehicles is a plus. Basic understanding of financing options and sales processes. Tech-savvy with experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems or sales software. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
