Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential customers, presenting our products, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently in an outside sales environment. Experience in solar or energy sales is a plus. Duties * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels including door-to-door outreach and networking events. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences. * Utilize software tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance. * Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales staff as needed. Skills * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others effectively. * Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Proficient in using software tools for customer relationship management (CRM) and reporting purposes. * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers at all levels. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record keeping and follow-up.
