We have an opening in our Management Team at Crenshaw Hyundai in Burlington, NC. We're currently growing our team and looking for an energetic, hands-on, self-driven Sales Manager with extensive Sales and Finance experience. We are looking for a LONG term hire with the ability to drive sales, train, and have fun selling cars!!! Qualifications/Responsibilities: - Preferred knowledge of vAuto, eLeads, Dealertrack, etc.. - Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written. - Possess a valid driver's license and acceptable drive record. - High energy; ability to motivate and encourage your peers and teammates. - Hire,TRAIN and build a successful and driven Sales Team. The right candidate should have new inventory control skills. The candidate should also have excellent training, desking and internet sales process success and use current technologies to achieve sales goals. A STRONG F&I background is preferred. Ideally would be versed in SUBPRIME deals and be able to assist in building that up.
