We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to achieving sales targets. Experience preferred not required will train right candidate

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through cold calling and direct sales efforts to generate leads and drive business growth.
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress towards goals.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. Qualification
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
