Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. * Use your knowledge of State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. * Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. * Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. QUALIFICATIONS: * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Experience in customer service preferred. * Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
