Company Description ABCabinet is a new and upcoming manufacturer of kitchen cabinets in San Jose, California with the goal of creating innovative and modern European-styled designs. We are looking for motivated, passionate, and hardworking individuals to join our team and grow our company. This is an entry-level business development position. No experience is necessary - we will train the right individual. Candidates must be able to commute to our office in San Jose.

Job Description

• Help grow market presence and penetrate new verticals
• Prospect for new potential clients and business partners
• Generate and use lead funnels for outreach, to pitch new and existing modes of business, qualify potential clients and create positive relationships
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and optimize new client pitches
• Collaborate with the Sales team to supply qualified prospects for negotiations and closing
• Maintain relationships to assist in the onboarding of new clients and business partners.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience or educational background in marketing or sales preferred
• A person of action who is self motivated and driven to succeed
• Ability to build rapport
• Resilient, adaptable and comfortable with change and ambiguity
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Local travel required (driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle required) Additional Information For full-time employees after 3 months:
