Job Description

Excel at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as an Account Manager II, demonstrating your expertise for remarkable success. Participate in a dynamic sales role, achieving results that influence scientific progress in the U.S. Role is based in San Franciso and must live in the greater SF area.

Responsibilities

• Successfully implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed territory revenue goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to flawlessly deliver solutions that improve customer happiness.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing accounts, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Deliver outstanding service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met with brand new solutions.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop competitive strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's of Science required, preferably in Biology or Chemistry
• 2 plus years of sales experience calling on Labs and / or experience at the bench is strongly preferred
• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the scientific or healthcare industry or lab bench experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve ambitious goals.

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $57,300.00-$85,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
