Lead the Way as a Retail Sales Manager at Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers! We're currently seeking aRetail Sales Manager -- a customer-focused, goal- driven individual who can guide our in-store experience, drive sales, and support both our team and our customers. What You 'll Do: * Greet customers and assess their tire and service needs * Sell tires, automotive services, and accessories that meet both customer needs and store performance goals * Manage sales transactions, including retail, wholesale, and national accounts * Assist in managing shop workflow based on service sales and staff/equipment availability * Track inventory, stock tires, and maintain point-of-sale displays * Handle opening and closing duties, occasional tire mounting/balancing, and ensure deposits are made safely * Lead by example to maintain a clean, welcoming showroom and work environment Why You 'll Thrive at Dobbs: Lead with Impact - Your decisions directly influence store success and customer satisfaction. What We 're Looking For: * Valid driver's license * At least 1 year of experience in retail sales management * Willingness to learn tire and auto repair tools and processes (we'll train you!) * Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including overtime when needed * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and occasional chemical exposure We have locations in St. Louis, Columbia, Cape Girardeau, Longview, Cleveland , and many more communities.
