Job Summary

: Are you a people person who loves helping homeowners improve their living space? We're looking for a motivated, energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our growing home improvement team. In this role, you'll meet with pre-qualified leads and self-generated prospects to offer solutions for roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, and more. If you're passionate about sales, home design, and working face-to-face with customers, this is a fantastic opportunity to earn uncapped commissions in a fast-growing industry.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Meet with homeowners to assess their home improvement needs through on-site consultations
• Educate customers on our services and provide tailored product recommendations
• Prepare and present professional estimates and close deals
• Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and cold outreach
• Maintain strong customer relationships before, during, and after project completion
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and installation teams to ensure a smooth handoff
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, sales activities, and

Requirements

:

• Prior experience in outside sales, preferably in home improvement, construction, or similar field
• Exceptional communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
• A self-starter with strong time management and follow-up abilities
• Comfortable with in-home presentations and working evenings/weekends as needed
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within your territory
• Tech-savvy: experience with tablets, or digital presentations

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Knowledge of construction processes, home renovation products, or residential design
• Background in roofing, siding, windows or general contracting
• High school diploma or GED (college degree a plus but not required)
