Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - Home Improvement Location: Southwest Washington region Job Type: Full-Time | Commission-Based Industry: Home Improvement / Residential Construction / Remodeling Job Summary: Are you a people person who loves helping homeowners improve their living space? We're looking for a motivated, energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our growing home improvement team. In this role, you'll meet with pre-qualified leads and self-generated prospects to offer solutions for roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, and more. If you're passionate about sales, home design, and working face-to-face with customers, this is a fantastic opportunity to earn uncapped commissions in a fast-growing industry. Key Responsibilities: * Meet with homeowners to assess their home improvement needs through on-site consultations * Educate customers on our services and provide tailored product recommendations * Prepare and present professional estimates and close deals * Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and cold outreach * Maintain strong customer relationships before, during, and after project completion * Collaborate with project managers, designers, and installation teams to ensure a smooth handoff * Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, sales activities, and Requirements: * Prior experience in outside sales, preferably in home improvement, construction, or similar field * Exceptional communication, customer service, and negotiation skills * A self-starter with strong time management and follow-up abilities * Comfortable with in-home presentations and working evenings/weekends as needed * Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within your territory * Tech-savvy: experience with tablets, or digital presentations Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of construction processes, home renovation products, or residential design * Background in roofing, siding, windows or general contracting * High school diploma or GED (college degree a plus but not required) Compensation & Benefits: * generous commissions (earnings potential $70k-$150k+) * Monthly/quarterly sales bonuses and incentives * Paid training and ongoing coaching * Health, dental, and vision benefits * Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement * Advancement opportunities within a growing company Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $77,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Expected hours: 40 per week Compensation Package: * Commission pay Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * No nights * Weekends as needed People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: On the road
