Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Vietnamese, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Vietnamese - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Assist customers with sales inquiries and provide product information - Handle customer support inquiries via phone, email

Requirements

- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese - Strong office skills including typing and data entry - Previous experience in sales or customer support is a plus - Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively Job Type: Part-time Pay: $22.35 - $23.42 per hour Shift:
