Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives
• Provide coaching and training to sales team to improve performance
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
