The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pawn industry and the ability to assess the value of items quickly and accurately,or a good customer service background with the ability to learn on the job. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating items brought in by customers, providing loans, and helping customers find the best solution for their needs. This position requires excellent customer service skills, knowledge of local laws, and a commitment to providing a safe and secure environment for our customers. Responsibilities: * Evaluate the condition and value of items brought in by customers. * Advise customers on the value of their items and provide loan options. * Keep accurate records of all transactions. * Ensure that all items are stored securely. * Provide excellent customer service. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
