Job Description Position Title: Coffee Bean Sales Manager Location: [Insert location or "Based in Beaverton, Oregon"] Reports to: Owner / General Manager Type: Full-time / Part-time (specify) Compensation: Base salary + commission (to be discussed) Overview: We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and proactive Coffee Bean Sales Manager to join our team at Baristopia Coffee. This role focuses on developing and managing wholesale accounts, building relationships with cafes, restaurants, and retail partners, and driving the growth of our roasted coffee bean sales. Responsibilities: * Develop and execute sales strategies to expand wholesale coffee bean distribution * Identify and approach potential B2B clients (cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, offices) * Maintain and grow relationships with existing wholesale customers * Manage pricing, invoicing, and follow-up * Represent the brand at industry events, tastings, and local networking activities * Work closely with the roasting and production team to understand coffee offerings * Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to refine sales approach * Provide regular sales reports and forecasts Requirements: * Proven experience in coffee sales or food/beverage B2B sales * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized * Passion for specialty coffee and basic knowledge of coffee beans and roasting * Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally * Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking (preferred) , $20.00 15 Work Location: Hybrid remote in Beaverton, OR 97005
