We are looking to expand our office staff. The main role will be calling customers to follow up on estimates, solicit business, and other sales-related tasks. Working with database systems is very important. Must be reliable and able to focus on tasks as assigned. Must have excellent phone and verbal skills. We have endless amounts of warm calling, and that will be a main task. Working efficiently through a large list of calls quickly is very important. They may undertake other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and work with little supervision. Advancement oportunities are availible for top performers. Skills

• Telemarkerter/Cold Caller
• Fast Learner
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational, attention to detail and leadership skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.) Tasks:
• Answering phones, and assisting with customer requests and estimates
• Customer follow-up and outbound calls - Average of 30-50 calls per hour
• Assisting with detail-oriented projects and tasks. This is 100% in-office work. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour
