Your excellent communication skills allow you to partner seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders. Job Duties: As a Sales Specialist, you'll need to provide all kinds of sales support for Residential BESS and ensure customer satisfaction. * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to promote battery modules and residential energy storage systems (Residential BESS). * Research market trends, analyze customer needs, and develop sales strategies. * Manage sales negotiations, quotations, contract discussions, and order processing. * Participate in industry events such as trade shows and conferences to expand business opportunities. * Collaborate with technical, product, and supply chain teams to ensure customer requirements are met. * Prepare regular sales reports and achieve sales targets. Job Requirements: * Education: Associate's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field. * Experience: - At least 2 years of B2B sales experience (5+ years for Sales Manager role). - Prior experience in the energy industry, batteries, energy storage systems, or related technical products is preferred. * Skills: - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. - Market analysis and strategic thinking capabilities. - Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Odoo) is a plus. * Languages: Fluent in English (required). Proficiency in Mandarin or Spanish is a plus. * Other: Willingness to travel as needed. Salary Structure: * Depending on experience and qualifications. * The salary is directly linked to performance-based bonuses and commission incentives, which are tied to sales targets and overall company growth. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: * Work involves talking, hearing, keying, and writing. * The physical requirements of this position are described as sedentary work. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, specific skills, and years of experience.
