Responsibilities * Provide clients with complete understanding of features, benefits of their new Toyota or used vehicle * Work with management and leadership teams to help clients complete their automotive transaction * Handle all documentation in reference to a sale/purchase * Complete all required training provided by the dealership/manufacture and partners Qualifications * Customer-focused, self-starters, creative thinkers and team players * Ability to communicate and connect well with others * Ability to take directions and follow processes and procedures * Work well with others in a team-oriented environment to produce excellent results * Excellent communications skills - comfortable making & taking phone calls * Great customer follow-up skills * Team Player * Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; All applicants will be subject to pre-employment screening to include background checks, drug test, and must be 18 and possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
