Description We're hiring a driven sales professional to join our team as a Listing Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be meeting with homeowners who are considering selling and guiding them through the listing process with confidence and clarity. This role is for someone who is ready to follow proven systems, take consistent action, and be held accountable to results. We're looking for someone who is coachable, motivated, and serious about building a successful career in real estate -- not just someone testing the waters. If you bring the work ethic and commitment, we'll provide the training, tools, and support to help you succeed. Candidates who have already passed the real estate exams are preferred and will expedite your interview process. Ability and willingness to get licensed is a minimum -- we can provide guidance with that. Responsibilities As an Agent, the pay is a commission only with the potential to earn $100,000+. Excellent selling and negotiation skills. Willing to learn and practice new sales skills. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills. Exceptional communicator, able to adapt your communication style to meet client's needs. Qualifications Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases a clear understanding of the real estate industry. Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills. Willing and able to obtain a real estate license. (You do not need real estate experience to apply!) 3+ years of experience in the corporate world in a sales position or in a role requiring contract negotiations or managing vendor relationships. OR 3+ years of management in the services sector. Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales and meeting ambitious goals. Willing to work evenings and weekends, and willing to regularly work 50-60 hours per week to meet your goals. (Since this is a real estate role, we have to be available when clients are available. They are often only available outside of normal business hours.) Willing to accept phone calls and follow up with clients between 8 AM and 8 PM daily (including Saturday and Sunday). Must be on Oahu.
