You will coordinate essential support services, maintain positive client relationships, and meet financial and operational objectives while delivering exceptional customer service. Essential Functions: * Oversee daily security operations at the assigned client site. * Lead and support a team of security officers and supervisors. * Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members. * Coordinate support services to manage the client site efficiently. Additional Responsibilities: * Ensure contract compliance and required reporting. * Handle escalated security issues and emergency situations. * Communicate staffing needs and develop staff through coaching and training. * Manage equipment, supplies, and vehicles at the account(s). Qualifications: * Associate's or Four-year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field. * At least 8 years of business management/supervisory experience. * Ability to develop customer relationships and manage multiple priorities. * Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
