Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our temporary staffing company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strong relationships with clients in your designated territory. Your expertise in sales and account management will be crucial in understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions. Duties * Identify and pursue new leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and market research. * Manage a portfolio of existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective lead generation campaigns. * Managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics. * Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote our offerings and expand your professional network. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role, preferably within construction or Temporary labor environments. * Strong account management skills with a focus on customer relationship building. * Demonstrated success in territory sales and business development. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively. * A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth within assigned territories. * Familiarity with lead generation techniques and strategies is a plus.
