The Account Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships by processing quote requests, entering orders, and addressing ongoing customer needs. This role may involve working collaboratively with Business Development Executives or other Account Managers on shared accounts. Account Managers act as the key liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring timely sourcing, accurate costing, and competitive pricing. Key Responsibilities: * Process customer requests including order entry, quotations, and service-related inquiries * Source products and negotiate pricing with vendors and customers * Develop and grow assigned accounts through proactive communication and relationship building * Prospect for new business opportunities to expand the customer base * Support the Quality Management System (QMS) * Adhere to company safety and health policies and procedures * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace * Perform other duties as assigned by management Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Health savings account * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay * Yearly bonus Experience: * Account management: 2 years (Required) Ability to Commute: * Minneapolis, MN 55411 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Minneapolis, MN 55411: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
