About Us Tribeca NW Real Estate is a high-performance Zillow Flex team committed to helping agents succeed and providing an exceptional experience to home buyers and sellers. We leverage cutting-edge technology, industry-leading lead sources, and a strong support system to drive agent performance and client satisfaction. Position Summary We are seeking a Sales & Agent Success Manager to recruit, train, and coach real estate agents while overseeing Zillow Flex leads and collaborating with the Inside Sales Department to maximize conversion. This role is instrumental in driving agent success, implementing action plans, and ensuring a high- performing sales culture. Key Responsibilities Agent Recruitment & Onboarding * Identify and recruit high-potential agents to join our team. * Conduct interviews, assess talent, and manage onboarding for a seamless transition. * Develop and execute structured onboarding programs to ensure agents quickly become productive. Agent Growth & Success * Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and accountability to agents. * Develop and implement personalized action plans for agents to enhance productivity and sales performance. * Conduct regular one-on-one and group training sessions on sales skills, lead conversion, and best practices. * Track agent performance metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement. * Partner with leadership to cultivate a high-performance, collaborative team culture. Training & Development * Design and deliver training programs for both new and experienced agents focused on contract negotiation, client management, and sales techniques. * Conduct workshops on Follow Up Boss (CRM), Cloud CMA, and High Note to enhance agent efficiency and client engagement. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure ongoing professional development. Lead Management & Inside Sales Collaboration * Work closely with the Inside Sales Department to optimize lead distribution and agent follow-up. * Oversee Zillow Flex leads and ensure agents are effectively converting leads into transactions. * Monitor Follow Up Boss CRM activity to track agent engagement with leads and implement necessary coaching. * Analyze lead conversion data and implement strategies to improve performance. * Ensure accountability by holding agents to lead response time, follow-up, and conversion expectations. Qualifications & Experience * Active Washington State Real Estate Broker License (required). * 3+ years of real estate sales experience with a proven track record of success. * Experience in agent recruitment, training, and leadership. * Familiarity with Zillow and other referral based lead sources and online lead conversion strategies preferred. * Experience managing CRM systems, specifically Follow Up Boss preferred. * Proficiency in Cloud CMA and High Note is a plus. * Strong ability to coach, mentor, and hold agents accountable to performance goals. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Data-driven mindset with experience tracking sales performance and optimizing conversion rates.
