Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while helping clients navigate their insurance needs. You will leverage your sales skills to market various insurance products, ensuring clients receive the best coverage tailored to their individual requirements. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service. * Conduct outside sales activities to promote insurance products and services within the community. * Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. * Assist clients with benefits administration, ensuring they understand their policies and coverage details. * Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and changes in regulations that may impact clients. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding their policies. Experience * Proven experience in sales or customer service is essential; experience in the insurance industry is a plus. * Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. * Ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds; bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable, especially in Spanish. * Familiarity with benefits administration processes and understanding of HIPAA regulations is beneficial. * A proactive approach to building relationships and generating new business opportunities in the market.
