Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through various sales techniques and strategies. Duties * Conduct cold calls and emails to potential customers to generate new leads * Manage and grow existing accounts through regular follow-ups and relationship building * Analyze sales data to develop sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth * Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets * Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers Qualifications * Proven experience in retail sales, inside sales, or related field * Strong ability to manage a territory effectively * Familiarity with technology sales is a plus * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment * Prior experience in outside sales or sales management is advantageous Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $12.00 per month Benefits: * Paid training Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: Remote
