, Rich health insurance & 401k match JOB FUNCTION: Increase sales and market share of Bell professional products in the pest control industry. TERRITORY: North West Region of the U.S. including: OR, WA, ID, MT, WY, UT, NV RESPONSIBLITIES AND JOB ACTIVITIES: 1. Cultivate a strong and loyal distributor network and customer base to achieve broad distribution of Bell professional product lines. 2. Make regular customer visits throughout the entire territory. Arrange 4-6 customer visits per day including distributors, PMPs and municipalities. 3. Introduce new products to pest control distributors and operators. 4. Provide technical training to distributor sales representatives and pest control operators. 5. Work with pest management professionals doing field work inspections for problem accounts. 6. Give presentations at association meetings, conferences and distributor events. 7. Attend appropriate industry and distributor trade shows. 8. Develop and implement an annual business plan. 9. Communicate with supervisor on a regular basis. 10. Travel throughout the territory in an efficient and cost-effective manner. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: EDUCATION Bachelor's degree, preferably in business/marketing. EXPERIENCE Sales experience selling to an established distribution network is preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

- Ability to work independently.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated.
- Computer literate with solid skills in PowerPoint/Keynote and customer database management system.
- Public speaking ability.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- 2-3 days of travel per week is required. EQUIPMENT OPERATED Computer with various software programs and standard office equipment. Company Vehicle. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Hand-eye coordination for typing.
