Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products. * Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services offered in the store. * Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits. * Assist in training new staff members and supervising daily operations as needed. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. * Perform basic math calculations. Experience * Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred, or similar settings. * Familiarity with retail math concepts is advantageous for sales reporting. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as effective communication is key to customer satisfaction. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
