Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively. A passion for retail and a commitment to enhancing the shopping experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services offered in the store.
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits.
• Assist in training new staff members and supervising daily operations as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Perform basic math calculations. Experience
• Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred, or similar settings.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts is advantageous for sales reporting.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as effective communication is key to customer satisfaction.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
