Our client is a very well-respected regional construction supply distributor headquartered in the Southeast who has a 50+ year history and strong network of clients. They are looking to bring on an experienced Outside Sales Representative to their team. Highlights: * Base salary + uncapped commission - incredible earning opportunity for a hungry, motivated, salesperson to clear $100k in their first year (and potentially much, much more). * Opportunity to continue to expand new business in the Nashville area. * This is a family owned company, that is small enough to care for every client and big enough to offer the types of solutions their clients need. You will work directly with the two company owners. * This company is expanding from 4 locations to 6 in 2025, and looking to grow to 12+ in the future. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and contractors * Visit customers and potential clients onsite to assess needs and build relationships * Prepare and write up accurate sales orders * Provide product quotes in a timely and professional manner * Receive, organize, and properly store incoming inventory * Perform weekly inventory counts and reorder stock as needed * Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently * Manage onsite deliveries to ensure timely and accurate product drop-offs * Answer incoming calls and assist customers with product inquiries and order updates * Maintain company vehicle/forklift to ensure safety and operational readiness.
