About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and personable Sales Associate to join our San Jose team. In this front-facing role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective members--guiding them through the Pilates experience, educating them on our membership offerings, and building lasting relationships. You'll thrive here if you love connecting with people, working in a high- energy team environment, and are motivated by goals and growth. What You 'll Do

• Be a brand ambassador : Represent Club Pilates in a way that reflects our core values--wellness, connection, and empowerment.
• Engage with leads via phone, text, email, and in-person to introduce them to Pilates and our San Jose studio.
• Conduct studio tours and provide a personalized introduction to our services, helping clients feel confident and excited to start.
• Achieve monthly sales goals by booking quality appointments and closing memberships with integrity.
• Follow up consistently with new and returning clients to encourage retention and satisfaction.
• Participate in community outreach , including pop-ups, health events, and local festivals to grow awareness in San Jose.
• Support front desk operations , answer inquiries, manage scheduling, and ensure the studio is always welcoming and well-organized.
• Work as part of a team , helping each other meet collective goals while maintaining a fun, motivating atmosphere. What We 're Looking For
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality (fitness industry experience is a plus!)
• Comfortable working with sales goals and KPIs
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicator (both written and verbal)
• Highly organized and reliable; detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Able to learn and use the Club Ready membership software (we'll train you!)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and access to reliable transportation
