• Consult with homeowners on roofing, siding, and window replacement needs
• Conduct roof inspections (training provided) and support storm damage insurance claims
• Build strong relationships with clients through in-person and outbound sales activities
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
• Participate in canvassing, networking, and outreach events to generate leads What We 're Looking For:
• 1+ years of successful sales experience (required)
• Comfortable with door knocking, canvassing, and cold outreach
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (gas reimbursement provided)
• Comfortable working on roofs and ladders (we will train you!)
• Tech-savvy, organized, and motivated by results
