Responsibilities

:

• Entry-Level Wireless Account Managers representing premium wireless brands in a face to face retail setting.
• Drive new customer account acquisition and assist with upgrades or plan changes.
• Deliver exceptional service and build lasting customer relationships.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through daily interactions.
• Maintain detailed customer records and stay informed on all wireless offerings.
• Work closely with fellow team members and leadership to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications

:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail or face-to-face sales environment.
• As an Entry-Level Wireless Account Manager, you'll be face-to-face with customers every day. Being able to actively listen, ask the right questions, and explain solutions clearly is crucial. You should be friendly, approachable, and able to build trust quickly.
• Motivated, confident, and goal-driven mindset.
• Reliable transportation to get you to and from various locations. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,091.00 - $1,188.00 per week
