Responsibilities: * Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on products and purchases. * Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product inventory, including smoking accessories, vaporizers, glassware, and other related merchandise. * Assist customers in finding the products that best suit their needs and preferences, offering recommendations and guidance as needed. * Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems. * Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, including restocking shelves and displays. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers. Qualifications: * Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Knowledge or interest in smoking accessories and related products. * Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. * Must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age for purchasing tobacco products in your area).
