Duties * Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with business goals. * Foster relationships with key clients through account management and technical sales expertise. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. * Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to ensure accountability and professional development. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team. * Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships. * Demonstrated experience in business development and account management. * Strong analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and team members.
