Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Trainee, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship to prepare you for a successful career in sales and customer service. Duties * Assist in managing daily operations of the retail store, ensuring a smooth workflow. * Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering processes. * Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. * Participate in budgeting activities, helping to maintain financial accuracy within the store. * Collaborate with team members to implement effective merchandising strategies and promotions. * Learn supervisory skills by assisting with shift management and training new staff members. * Maintain administrative records related to sales, inventory, and customer interactions. Requirements * Previous experience in retail environment is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly in budgeting and inventory control. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independent initiative. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus. * Willingness to learn about retail management practices and sales techniques. * Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business needs. * A positive attitude with a passion for customer service and sales.
