Key Responsibilities: * Perform diagnostic assessments and turn jobs over to a project manager, also able to make repairs when needed on 1.5-5 ton systems. * Proficiency in soldering, electrical diagnosis, and refrigeration understanding is essential. * Efficiently handle basic paperwork, primarily utilizing mobile devices for seamless documentation. * Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring accurate and thorough completion of tasks. * Possess strong interpersonal skills, delivering personable and friendly customer service experiences. * Understanding of Service Titan a huge plus. Requirements: * Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC units, particularly 1.5-5 ton systems. * Proficiency in soldering, electrical diagnostics, and refrigeration principles. * Strong organizational abilities and aptitude for managing basic paperwork using mobile technology. * Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service. * Excellent communication skills with a friendly and personable demeanor.
