In this role, you'll play a key part in helping our customers find the perfect car keys and key-related products for their needs. Responsibilities : * Customer Engagement: Greet customers and assist them in finding the right car keys and key accessories in the sales process. * Product Knowledge: Learn about our range of car keys, fobs, and related products to effectively answer customer questions. * Sales Support: Assist in processing sales transactions and managing inventory. * Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. * Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings. Qualifications : * Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus. * Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Sales Aptitude: A willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment; prior experience in retail or sales is a plus but not required. * Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues. * Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when processing sales and managing inventory. * Interest in Automotive: A genuine interest in cars and automotive products is preferred. * Must have a valid DL. * Travel Requirements: This position involves travel to multiple locations, including Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Coleman, Santa Cruz, and Sand City. Employees are required to visit each of these locations approximately every three weeks. Flexibility and a willingness to travel are essential for this role.
