Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across designated territories. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both inside and outside sales, with a proven track record in technical sales and account management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, generate leads, and effectively manage relationships with clients to drive revenue growth. This is a face-to-face sales environment. Duties * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the assigned region. * Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth. * Perform product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings. * Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and adjust strategies as necessary. * Manage territory effectively, ensuring optimal coverage and customer engagement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve customer satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management efforts. * Provide training and support to junior sales staff as needed. Experience * Proven experience in sales, with a focus on technical products or services preferred. * Strong skills in lead generation, territory management, and account management. * Familiarity with software tools that assist in sales tracking and analysis. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly. * Demonstrated ability to work independently while also being a team player. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
