Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across designated territories. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both inside and outside sales, with a proven track record in technical sales and account management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, generate leads, and effectively manage relationships with clients to drive revenue growth. This is a face-to-face sales environment.

Duties

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the assigned region.
• Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
• Perform product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Manage territory effectively, ensuring optimal coverage and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management efforts.
• Provide training and support to junior sales staff as needed. Experience
• Proven experience in sales, with a focus on technical products or services preferred.
• Strong skills in lead generation, territory management, and account management.
• Familiarity with software tools that assist in sales tracking and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while also being a team player.
