We're experiencing exciting growth, and we're looking for a passionate In-Home Sales Representative to join our team. About the Role: As an In-Home Sales Representative , you'll be the face of Bridgetown Window & Door. You will: * Meet with customers in their homes to discuss window and door replacement solutions. * Review project specifications, prepare quotes, and send proposals to customers. * Negotiate sales, finalize orders, and oversee the project from start to finish. * Work closely with our office team to manage the project through installation. * Drive your own vehicle and manage appointments, mostly weekdays with some evenings and weekends. What We 're Looking For: We are seeking a self-driven, experienced sales professional with: * 3+ years of outside sales experience in windows, doors, or construction, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals and building lasting customer relationships. * Expertise in Marvin and Milgard windows and Simpson entry doors, including measuring, quoting, and ordering. * A strong ability to manage in-home sales appointments and customer relationships. * Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Familiarity with older homes , particularly blending design and function with "old style millwork" found in Portland's unique housing market. * A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a desire to learn and grow. What You Bring: * Strong communication skills --both written and verbal. * A valid driver 's license (you'll drive your own vehicle). * Basic computer skills. * Commitment to professionalism and safety (background check and pre-employment drug test required).
