About the Role

: As an In-Home Sales Representative , you'll be the face of Bridgetown Window & Door. You will:

• Meet with customers in their homes to discuss window and door replacement solutions.
• Review project specifications, prepare quotes, and send proposals to customers.
• Negotiate sales, finalize orders, and oversee the project from start to finish.
• Work closely with our office team to manage the project through installation.
• Drive your own vehicle and manage appointments, mostly weekdays with some evenings and weekends. What We 're Looking For: We are seeking a self-driven, experienced sales professional with:
• 3+ years of outside sales experience in windows, doors, or construction, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals and building lasting customer relationships.
• Expertise in Marvin and Milgard windows and Simpson entry doors, including measuring, quoting, and ordering.
• A strong ability to manage in-home sales appointments and customer relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with older homes , particularly blending design and function with "old style millwork" found in Portland's unique housing market.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a desire to learn and grow.

What You Bring

• Strong communication skills --both written and verbal.
• A valid driver 's license (you'll drive your own vehicle).
• Basic computer skills.
