This is a part time role (full time potential) for a Sales Receptionist at a well established skincare business located in San Jose, CA. This is an on-site position. Wage structure is minimum base pay plus sales commission. Your performance is key to your growth. As a Sales Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized shop, maintaining inventory, providing administrative support and assist in expediting activities. Additionally, you will handle sales inquiries, provide product information, and assist with customer inquiries.

Qualifications

: Must speak fluent English and Vietnamese. Spanish is also preferred. Critical decision making. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong demonstration of customer service and sales skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency in point of sales systems Strong ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent ability to work independently and in a team Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to problem solve with limited information and limited time. Prior experience in a sales, marketing, receptionist, and/or admin role is preferred High school dilpoma required, pursuit of associates or bachelors degree is preferred Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Every weekend
