Responsibilities * Meet or exceed daily and monthly goals for calls, scheduled appointments, and sales * Manage incoming phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, accessories, financing options, and promotions * Call all unsold prospects * Answer all overflow fast ring calls * Schedule appointments and monitoring customer satisfaction * Work with Internet Manager to follow up with leads * Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive and respectful attitude * Exercise exemplary verbal and non-verbal communication skills and protect the dealership's interest when communicating with customers.
