Full description of the position

We are seeking a skilled and proactive change management professional to support enterprise-level projects within our client's team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering a conversion salary range of $115,000 - $137,580, with an additional bonus potential of 12.5% - 20%. The position is hybrid, requiring you to be onsite 3 days a week, so local candidates are preferred. The hiring manager is looking for someone who can step in and lead change management efforts effectively--not just a theorist but an active practitioner. The ideal candidate is Prosci certified and has a track record of successfully implementing change management strategies across various projects. Your ability to create comprehensive change management plans, including risk and stakeholder analysis, communication plans, and metrics to measure success, will be crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Lead change management activities, applying structured methodologies.
• Develop change strategies, execute communication plans, and assess change impacts.
• Provide support and coaching to senior leaders, managers, and project teams.
• Drive faster adoption and minimize resistance to change initiatives.

Requirements

:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in Organizational Change Management.
• Prosci Certification is required.
• Experience with large-scale change management efforts.
