RESPONSIBILITIES: * Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote State Farm insurance products and services. * Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant client information. * Stay informed about the various insurance products and services offered by State Farm. * Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for agents. * Provide initial information to potential clients and answer basic questions about insurance options. * Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards. QUALIFICATIONS: * Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn. * Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. * Good organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads. * Professional and courteous telephone manner. * Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) * Life and Health license (must be able to obtain). This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
