Pest Control Outside Sales Representative Flexible Scheduling - 4 Day Work Week! $60,000 - $95,000 annually Building relationships and enhancing of the lives around us is our passion. Our Outside Pest Control Sales Representatives help match potential customers with the right service to protect homes and the surrounding environment from unwanted pests using state-of-the-art technology, products, and equipment. Daily Responsibilities of our Pest Control Outside Sales Representative * Flexible Scheduling: Outside Pest Control Sales Representatives have the option of (4) 10 hour shifts or (5) 8 hour shifts with (1) Saturday every four weeks. * Outside Pest Control Sales Representatives should be available between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm with some earlier starts and later finishes as needed * Be a great communicator - you know what and how to say it, whether it's to a customer or fellow teammate. * Great follow up processes and follow through * Safety first - carry ladders, inspect roofs, crawlspaces and attics, and lift 50+lbs * Correctly identify pest issues and communicate service recommendations to partners that will effectively remediate their issue * Present multiple options to potential customers that fits with their service need, budget and lifestyle Requirements of our Pest Control Outside Sales Representative * Possess a valid driving record that meets company standards * Pass a respirator fit test and may require DOT physical and pre-employment checks * You know your stuff, but are also not afraid to ask questions or ask for help if you need to * Demonstrate respect towards your fellow teammates, customers, and members of the community * Be obsessed with personal and professional growth * Complete ongoing independent and group training * Work independently and as part of a team * Be organized and prepared to conquer your day!
