Responsibilities * Represent luxury properties on the Eastside, providing expert guidance and personalized service to high-end clients. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences to deliver tailored real estate solutions. * Conduct market analysis to stay informed about current trends, property values, and competitive listings in the luxury real estate market. * Coordinate and host property showings , open houses, and private tours, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for potential buyers. * Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism. * Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement effective strategies for promoting luxury listings, utilizing both traditional and digital platforms. * Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices , ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest standards of service and ethics. Qualifications * Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or related field. * Proven track record of successful high-end property transactions. * Strong knowledge of the Eastside real estate market, including Bellevue, Kirkland, and Redmond. * Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. * Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients. * Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other digital tools. * Licensed real estate agent in the state of Washington. * Bachelor 's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules. * Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and client satisfaction. * Valid driver 's license and reliable transportation.
