Overview
: The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for leading and scaling Emagia's sales organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing high-performing teams, and building strong customer relationships. The VP of Sales will play a critical role in shaping the company's sales strategy, expanding market share, and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Sales Leadership: Lead, manage, and scale the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop a high-performing sales culture focused on results, accountability, and customer success.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Emagia's business goals. Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, expansion of existing accounts, and strategic partnerships. Develop and implement initiatives to increase sales pipeline and conversion rates.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, performance metrics, and reporting. Implement best practices in sales processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team. Provide coaching and guidance to ensure team members achieve their potential and contribute to the company's success.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall company strategy. Collaborate on go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and customer success programs.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team on market opportunities and risks.
Qualifications
:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in the enterprise software/SaaS industry, preferably in fintech or O2C solutions.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team. Experience in scaling sales organizations and driving revenue growth.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills. Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and market expansion.
- Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs, with a focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships. Experience in selling complex solutions to enterprise customers.
- Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to influence and build consensus with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize sales performance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
