Job Summary FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Pay is base + Commission The Franchise Development Representative (FDR) serves a key role for growth of our abc Seamless network. The Franchise Development Representative (FDR) will oversee marketing efforts and generate leads for potential new franchisees. This will include cold calling and travelling to targeted areas, visiting contractors to sell the idea of an abc franchise. This position will also work with all the new owners on the following - training, business targets and growth, support recruiting, help with marketing efforts, assist with the set-up of our CRM and all systems related to running an abc Seamless franchise, and other efforts as needed. The FDR will hold regular meetings with all new franchisees to support growth and address any training or other needs related to running a successful location. Earn what you're worth! This role offers a base salary of $40,000 plus commission, with a realistic annual target of $100,000-$125,000 and no limit on your earning potential. Responsibilities * Number one priority is finding and signing new franchisees through lead generation activities such as cold calling, door knocking, and other lead generation activities. * Meet with assigned Franchise Partners minimally on a bi-weekly basis and follow standard training agenda. * Use data analytics to compare actual performance against projections and recommend strategies to improve. * Conduct bi-annual Profit and Loss (P&L) review for assigned Franchise Partners. * Ensure compliance with the Franchise Agreement and brand standards. * Track required KPIs and report them during Training and Support weekly meetings. * Communicate with the owner regarding Franchise Partner's needs, concerns, or special requests. * Participate and train in abc University as requested. * Participate in Regional Meetings as needed. * Attend and participate in the Annual Convention. * Conduct site visits as required. Qualifications and Skills * Bachelor's degree or 5+ years' experience in sales and operations. * Franchise Development experience is required. * Construction Knowledge * Experience with pulling trailers. * Business travel is approximately 50%. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide training to small groups with the ability to communicate in a courteous, tactful, and concise manner. * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Marketing Experience * Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales roles. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. * Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on persuasive selling techniques. * Analytical Skills * TeamworkJoin us in this exciting opportunity to drive business growth while developing your career in a supportive environment!
