Responsibilities: * Execute proven sales strategies to consistently meet or surpass sales targets * Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service * Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial deals * Participate in weekly meetings to review sales data, identify trends, and explore growth opportunities * Collaborate with the General Sales Manager and internal teams to ensure timely order processing and product/service delivery * Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities Skills & Qualifications: * Prior sales experience is a plus but not required - we offer comprehensive training * Strong negotiation abilities to close profitable deals * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients * Ability to assess client needs and adapt sales approaches accordingly * Familiarity with sales technology tools (CRM systems, email, etc.) Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive commission-based pay structure * Monthly bonuses and weekly incentives * Draw against commission available * Opportunities for career advancement within the company * Expected earnings between $59,000 - $190,000 per year, based on performance Note: This job description provides a general overview of the Sales Representative role.
