Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers. This role requires a proactive approach to upselling and promoting products while maintaining an organized and efficient sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain stock levels, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and organized.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
• Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
• Communicate product knowledge effectively to assist customers in making informed decisions. Experience
• Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with cash registers, stock management, and POS systems is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with clients.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
